Unfortunately, our faux floral arrangements are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been processed. We offer an extensive selection of different styles and colors, allowing you to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. Return policy on packages damaged during shipping: we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have not been removed from their original packaging. Please email us with photos of the damaged shipping box, so we can file a claim with USPS/UPS. There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
